How long will it take for me to receive my order?
All domestic orders take up to 3-5 business days for production and an additional 5-7 business days for shipping and handling via USPS. All international orders take up to 3-5 days for production and an additional 7-21 days for shipping and handling via USPS First Class Package. Shipping times may vary, but we will try our best to get your order out to you as quickly as possible.
Please make sure all your shipping details are correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur an additional shipping charge if they are reshipped. After an order has been delivered to a correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Can you ship to P.O boxes?
Sorry we are not able to ship to P.O. boxes. If you list a P.O. box as your shipping method, you will be contacted via email for an alternative address.

What items can be returned?
We accept returns on all items except customized items.
How long do I have to decide if I want to keep a piece?
Please contact us at Support@hlubjewelry.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment for a return request and we will be happy to issue one. All returns must be in new condition with original packaging.
Please note, return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer and the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
I ordered a customized item, am I able to return it?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on customized items as it was custom made for you. In the event that the item arrived damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately upon receipt and we will be glad to help with any issues.
