Hlub Jewelry was founded by 3 sisters; Bao and Sheng, who some of you may know as the creators of Studio86 on YouTube and Panhia who works as a full-time nurse. Each jewelry piece is carefully handcrafted with love. Hlub Jewelry strives to provide fine jewelry at an affordable cost to your everyday life.
The word "Hlub" means love in their native language--Hmong. Through this brand, they wish to represent, spread, and preserve their culture.
At Hlub Jewelry, we understand the importance of saving our planet. That is why we have worked hard to ensure our packaging is 100% Eco Friendly. Everything is either made of recycled content and/or biodegradable content.
What kind materials are used?
All of our pieces are either gold-plated over brass or 14k gold filled.
How do I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking beautiful, we recommend cleaning it with a cotton ball or a soft cloth to remove any dust and dirt occasionally. Do *NOT* use a polishing cloth as this will strip away the plating. We strongly recommend removing your jewelry when applying lotion/sunscreen or perfume/hairspray, when showering/bathing, and when working out.
The item says it’s available on Pre-Order. What does this mean?
When an item is placed on pre-order, this means that it is not yet in stock but will be soon. The expected delivery period will be noted in the description of the product. Due to the pre-sale nature of this type of transaction, you should expect a delayed period between the purchase of the product & the actual delivery of the product.
Standard return & exchange policies apply to all pre-orders. Should you wish to cancel your pre-order, email us at Support@hlubjewelry.com. Please note that we cannot cancel pre-orders within 48 hours of their shipment.
What does Final Sale mean?
Items that are marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return. These items cannot be returned for refund or credit regardless of how much time has passed since purchase. Promo codes or sale coupon codes can not be applied against items on final sale.
What if something I ordered arrived damaged?
We are so sorry! Contact us right away at Support@hlubjewelry.com and we will cover the cost of returning your item to us so it can be repaired, replaced or refunded.
Can I cancel my order?
Please notify us within 24 hours of your purchase for any cancellations. Once your order has already been shipped or produced, we are unable to cancel it.
What if I provided the wrong address on my order?
Please notify us immediately once you notice any errors in your address. After an order has been shipped, we are unable to alter the shipping address. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur an additional shipping charge if they are reshipped.
